An experienced builder is essential to building your dream home. Cyrus’s wealth of knowledge and attention to detail has made our build process less stressful than it needs to be. He treated our build as if he was building a house for himself to live in. Cyrus is a very conscientious builder and even went the extra mile for us, even if we didn’t ask him to. Without us asking, he moved a split unit system an inch to the right so that it would be centered to our entertainment unit. He even lowered the shaver cabinet mirrors for us to make it more accessible for our height. He didn’t have to, but he wanted to do that for us. Cyrus delivers exceptional personalized results.
Throughout the build, Cyrus even accompanied us to choose our materials and appliances, giving us his honest opinion and practicality of certain choices.
We always seeked his advice when faced with options or decisions as we highly regarded his opinion. He always helped us make the best decision that suited us and our needs.
Changes before and during the building process was handled quickly and communicated articulately by Cyrus.
Throughout the process, Cyrus was always accessible through phone calls, emails and SMS. He always kept us up to date with the build and even sent us photos of the progress. Cyrus is very experienced, honest, trusted, dedicated and passionate about his trade. Cyrus explained the build process in layman’s terms for us which made building two units less daunting and less stressful for first time home builders.

We have moved into our house for over 3 months now and we really feel that Cyrus has created our dream home to raise our young family.
